Your New Neighborhood

So, you’ve got a beautiful apartment home. Now what does your ideal neighborhood include? No matter what you’re looking for, chances are good you can find it in Studio City and the surrounding communities. The San Fernando Valley is a wonderful artistic community with art shows, theatres, music and dance, and regular live concerts in the park. Ventura Blvd. features an entire collection of one-of-a-kind boutiques, shops, and sidewalk cafes. Spend an afternoon painting pottery with friends, and then try out a new restaurant. Explore an artisan foods showcase, and catch a performance in the evening. If you’re up for a major shopping mall trip, the Sherman Oaks Galleria is yours to explore, and more big-name outlets are nearby too!

Outdoor adventures are plentiful throughout the region, and a variety of places offer picnic spots, play areas, and organized sports leagues. Beyond the Neighborhood

While there are an abundance of things to see and do just minutes from your front door, sometimes you’ll need to travel beyond the neighborhood around the Ritz. Luckily, the Universal City Metro Orange Line is close by the apartment community, and can take you quickly to Downtown Los Angeles, Universal City, and Warner City. It’s also easy to access the 101 and 134 freeways, making it a breeze to get wherever you need to go.
